Program Privileges
In this year, several promotional campaigns will be held for 3 seasons in a period of 7 days each. The first season begins from 25-31st Jan, the second from 7-13th June and the third on 25th Dec-1st Jan. For every 2000 accumulated points during the promotional period, you'll be entitled to receive 10% cash rebate on the next purchase. Elite cardholders are also privileged to benefit the following:-

Get a 12-month additional maintenance services with FREE inspection, installation, software troubleshoot support from our in-house technical specialists.

Reward Points & SMS Bulletins
Earn points and get rewarded for all of your online purchases at myDigitalport. Plus, you'll be among the first to receive our exclusive invitations, announcements and promotional offers via SMS.

Note:
1. Rebate vouchers not redeemed within the period of 1 year will be forfeited.
2. Collection of rebate vouchers are non-transferable and non-returnable.

Eligibility Criteria
The Elite card membership is free for all Malaysian citizens above 18 years old. Anyone who wishes to apply must provide a recent proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) in the Application Form and agree to be bound by our Terms & Conditions.

Replacement Card
If your card is lost, stolen or damaged, simply call 1800-815-MY(863) and follow the instructions until your point balance has been transferred to a new card. The processing fee to produce a new replacement card is RM50.

Membership Termination
Elite cardholder may at any time terminate and cancel the membership by giving 30 days advance notice to myDigitalPort. Termination of membership will result in forfeiture of remaining points in a cardholder's account. If the Elite account has been closed, a cardholder's privileges to redeem the remaining points from that account is null. We shall terminate the membership if an Elite cardholder fails to comply with our terms under the following criteria:-

Makes any misrepresentation or misleading information in application
Abuses of any privileges in accordance to the membership policy
Inactive membership card for a period exceeding 12 months
Involvement in fraudulent activities under the programme
Displays inappropriate behavior against other members

Points Transfer
Points can only be transferred from an existing account to another account upon the demise of a primary cardholder to the next of kin, a nearest family member or a spouse, with a proper official documentation to be determined by myDigitalPort. We reserve the rights to decline the transfer of points at our discretion if a cardholder fails to comply in accordance to our Terms & Conditions.

Collection and Redemption
Points will be recorded in a cardholder's account for every purchases of qualifying goods or services at myDigitalPort.com. Collection of points may also be recorded in a cardholder's account in relation to our promotional programs. Cardholders shall redeem the rewards at a minimum of 2000 accumulated points on the next purchases.

Complaints
Disputes arising over the Points Summary Statement must be notified to myDigitalPort within 30 days from the date of the issued statement. A cardholder is requested to provide us a valid supporting document (proof of purchase receipt, order invoice or payment slip) wherever applicable to assist myDigitalPort's in a thorough investigation. Any decision made after an investigation is completed will be final and non-binding.

Data Protection
We take all precautionary measures to ensure the privacy & protection of personal information against any unauthorized access. This is a part of the Elite Membership Program Policy and the responsibility of its members to ensure that the cardholders understood & agree with our Terms & Conditions. We do not disclose personally identifiable information to any unauthorized individuals or organization unless legally required to do so by law.

Personal Disclosure
Cardholders are advised to keep their private information confidential and not to disclose it to anyone else. We are not responsible for the abuse of cardholder's personal information. Should a cardholder believe that an unauthorized person has accessed the data, please call 1800-815-MY(863) for further action.

Lost & Found
Any missing Elite Card found is the property of Alpha Distribution & Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. to whom it must be immediately returned. If you happen to have found an Elite card belonging to someone else, kindly return it to the following address:
